Enrolling at our school

Enrolments process

Potential enrolments are advised to arrange the following.

Step 1 - Understanding our School Policies and Procedures

 

Download the School Policies and Procedures Package below. Please become familiar with these documents and ensure you read them with your child.

Step 2 - Download an Enrolment Package

Please select the Enrolment Package that applies to your child. These enrolment packages include the following

  • General enrolment documents
  • Student Resource Scheme Participation Agreement
  • Subject Information Booklet
  • Stationary/Equipment Lists
  • BYOD Charter & Responsible Use Agreement

 

Year 7 Enrolment Package 2018 (PDFS, 5MB)

Year 8 Enrolment Package 2018 (PDFs, 4.5MB)

Year 9 Enrolment Package 2018 (PDFs, 5.4MB)

Year 10 Enrolment Package 2018 (PDFs, 6MB)

Year 11 Enrolment Package 2018 (PDFs, 3.9MB)

Year 12 Enrolment Package 2018 (PDFs, 6MB)

 

Step 3

Make an appointment with a Deputy Principal.

Senior School Deputy Principal: Glen McIntosh (gmcin11@eq.edu.au)

Junior School Deputy Principal: David O'Shea (doshe10@eq.edu.au)

Parents must bring a copy of a birth certificate and other/ past reports from previous schools. Any guidance intervention files or Individual Learning Plans should also be included.

Step 4

Fill out the subject selection form with the Deputy Principal.

Step 5

Arrange first day of attendance with front office.

Please note

After enrolment students will wait a mandatory period of 48 hours before attending.​
